This food pan riser provides a low profile angle that is perfect for product visibility and ease of serving. Made of 18/8 gauge 304 stainless steel, it is dishwasher safe. The food pan riser holds full size pans so you can show off your signature entrées at the best angle. The rise is 1/2" high at the front and 2" high at the back.
