This 14" fry pan heats evenly without hot spots. All cooking surfaces are 18/8 stainless, which is neutral to taste and color. The fry pan exterior is easy to clean 18/0 stainless. The 3004 aluminum core provides even heat on the bottom and side walls. Plus, the fry pan features a CeramiGuard® II nonstick interior with triple-layer coating for unmatched durability and food release.
