This 7" fry pan has a tri-ply construction that heats evenly without hot spots. All cooking surfaces are 18/8 stainless, which is neutral to taste and color. The fry pan exterior is easy to clean 18/0 stainless. The 3004 aluminum core provides even heat on the bottom and side walls. Plus, the fry pan features a CeramiGuard® II nonstick interior with triple-layer coating for unmatched durability and food release. The silicone bonded TriVent® handle has an EverTite™ riveting system to ensure a secure hold when lifting.
