Adapter ring offers the flexibility to use 10" or 12" serving dome, and waste basket will not dent or leak, ensuring quick and easy clean-up. 10" sampling dome/tray set is included for dry or chilled sampling. For convenience there is a holder that will hold up to a 5.5" napkin. Black powder-coated metal stand offers a tong holder for additional convenience. Assembly is required.
