This sampling set has a bottom framework crafted from stainless steel for a durable unit. The flip top lid opens with stainless knob for convenience. Square shaped sampling set is ready for use as dry unit. Optional cold packs, sold separately can be inserted to convert tray to chilled server. This sampling set dome covers food products to protect while being served.
This sampling set cold packs and liner fits the square unit. White plastic liner holds 2 packs snugly for chilled use. The sampling set cold packs can be chilled overnight to be used for extended time.
