This commercial steamer is a 5-well unit by Vollrath with insulated, resin-coated walls that will not rust, pit, or crack and stay cool to the touch around contact edges. The product is equipped with independent thermostatic controls for each food well that adjust to fluctuating water temperatures and pan capacities to ensure safe holding. This commercial steamer has drain valves that empty water from individual wells. The component includes a plate shelf, adjustable legs, non-porous cutting board, and 10' power cord.
