This Chicago Metallic Exact Stack™ Hard Anodized Aluminum Pre-Seasoned Deep Dish Pizza Pan - 14"Dia x 2"D is designed to help you create high edges for your pizza while also giving it space to contain copious amounts of cheese and other condiments. The pan is stackable, so it can be organized with other pans to save space for your commercial kitchen. The sidewalls even come with an engineered rib to ensure the stacking is precise to eliminate problems of pans falling out from the stack. It can be taken out easily when lifted as well, so you do not have to worry about it getting stuck in the midst of operations. It can even be stacked with the dough inside, without you having to utilize any pan separators. This saves up an estimated 30% of space in the food prep area.
To further enhance the benefits for users, the product comes with a hard-coat anodized surface that is durable and does not peel chip or rust, so it will not run the risk of contaminating the food in contact. It is coated with a special AMERICOAT® ePlus glaze that ensures easy release.
