Measuring 18"L, this pizza pan features a tapered rim, which assists in removing the pizza from the pan, and adds a stylish flair to multi-layered cakes. This pan has an extra-durable 14 gauge aluminum construction to easily support entrees and desserts while baking. Plus, the perforations allows air to flow for more evenly baked crust. The top edges of this pizza pan are left unfinished, so sheeted dough can be placed over the edge, then cut off with a rolling pin or pie roller.
