The Cooper Atkins Blue2™ Bluetooth Digital Thermocouple Thermometer Kit can transmit temperatures wirelessly to your mobile phone via Bluetooth Low Energy. This makes it easier to record and manage temperatures. This thermometer kit includes a Blue2™ Instrument and a DuraNeedle Direct Connect Probe. Any interchangeable Type-K thermocouple temperature probe can also be used with the thermometer.
This probe allows users to obtain more precise and accurate temperatures as it can be dipped into liquids or pierced into foods such as meat. It also gives more versatility for insertion, air, or surface temperature measurement. The thermometer has a temperature range of -40 to 999 degrees Fahrenheit. The thermometer kit also works together with the HACCP Manager Mobil Application whereby data collected from the instrument is stored in the app and transferred to the HACCP Manager Enterprise software. The data can also be integrated into existing third-party applications.
The thermometer has an auto-off and sleep mode which can be adjusted from 1-30minutes in 1 min increments. The thermometer kit also comes with a replaceable 3V Lithium cell battery to provide 500 hours of battery life. The thermometer also comes in an ABS plastic housing with an antimicrobial additive to ensure the durability and functionality of the thermometer.
This temperature monitoring probe has a 6" needle tip to easily inset into items. The device has a 12" coiled cord that be extended to 48". This temperature monitoring probe reads temperatures up to 500°F. The device is able to be used to build your own temperature monitoring kit. This temperature monitoring probe measures insertion and immersion temperatures for foods and liquids.
