This offset shoulder steam table pan extends 2" above the table opening for increased capacity in high volume settings. For example, a full size 6"D pan holds 21 quarts, while this pan holds 30 1/2 quarts (45% more). You get the capacity of an 8"D pan in the same well space as a 6"D pan. The steam table pan has a durable 18 gauge, 300 series stainless steel construction that will easily handle heavy commercial use. Plus, the pan features reinforced corners for added strength and to ensure it fits tightly in food wells, maximizing temperature retention for improved food quality and safety.
