This roasting pan features top and bottom sections which can be used together as a double roaster. The Wear-Ever® double roaster features straps which snugly seal sections together, retaining food's maximum flavor and nutritional value. This roasting pan is made with 12 gauge aluminum which aides in the roasters rugged design. The Vollrath® double roaster has riveted loop handles for easy oven lifting and loading. This roasting set is designed to endure constant use in large institutional kitchens, busy restaurants, and catering operations.
This roasting pan liner has a patented Contour-Fit® which restricts food from being trapped in liner, thus yielding more product. The PanSaver® will maintain moisture during and after cooking, which improves quality as well as reduces operating costs. The roasting pan liner prevents food from baking or burning onto pan's surfaces. The product's proven tests verify that food is on average 20°F warmer with use. The roasting pan liner may be used in ovens up to 400°F.
