These false bottoms are crafted by Vollrath. These strainers can be used with metal, plastic, and all Super Pan 3 bottoms and are awesome for use with pasta and vegetables. These false bottoms fit a full size dish. These pull out colanders are easily removed from steam table pans with help from the finger holes. These false bottoms will last a long time because they are made of a high quality stainless steel.
