The Vollrath Mirage® full-size induction buffet warmer has a black tempered ceramic glass top with a black base. This unit is perfect for holding/warming your signature. This induction buffet warmer can be connected to as many as 3 units together with an interconnect cord and only 1 power cord to the outlet on the wall. The four power levels include; low, medium, high and chafer preheat. There are LED indicator lights on the control panel and glass.

Use the Vollrath non-slip mats with induction buffet warmers (sold separately) to keep chafers in place. Heat safe up to 480°F and made from a sturdy silicone material. Easy to use - simple place mat on induction warmer and place chafer on top. This will ensure the chafer stays in place during service to prevent spills or upsets.
