These TerraPac™ Square Pulp Platters - 14 1/4" Sq x 1 1/4"H offer a sustainable solution to your commercial kitchen needs. You can expect each platter to be constructed from an eco-friendly byproduct of sugar cane during its processing stage, known as the sugar cane bagasse. The disposable packaging is designed to be resistant to both grease and moisture for the food to be kept fresh and tasty. To enhance their versatility, these platters are certified to be safe in the microwave, freezer, oven, and heat lamp. The safe temperature range goes up to 400°F, and the food can be exposed to it for 30 minutes straight without damage. Therefore, you can use them to carry both very hot and cold foods, helping you to save costs for your business.
You are recommended to purchase leak-resistant double-lock lids that are sold separately to increase the freshness of the food that is preserved in the platters.
These clear lids deliver an attractive way to keep catered foods fresh. The double-lock design prevents messy leaks and enhances food preservation. Plus, the clear lids are made of post-consumer recycled PET plastic for an eco-friendly packaging choice. The dome covers are created to fit 14 1/4" TerraPac™ platters, which are sold separately.
