The saucier pan features a silicone-coated TriVent® handle that is oven safe to withstand temperatures of up to 450°F. It helps staff to easily lift and handle the pan without the risk of getting burned or scalded. The handle's EverTite™ riveting system ensures there is a rigid connection to the pan, guaranteeing longevity which is highly ideal for use in a commercial kitchen.
