This carving station by Bon Chef features an almond bonstone cutting board and chrome infrared lamp for elegant food presentations. The model features a stainless steel frame and lamp neck for stylish durability. This carving station measures 24 1/8" x 13 1/8" x 30 1/2" (L x W x H). The component is lightweight to accommodate hassle-free mobility. This carving station includes a 5-foot electrical cord and runs 120 volts.
This food warming lamp is shatter-resistant, safety-coated heat bulb. Each item can withstand temperatures up to 500°F. The food warming lamp is USDA approved, meets OSHA and FDA standards. Additionally, this bulb is a 250 watt infrared that has a 5000 hour average rated life. Ideally, the food warming lamp can be used for carving stations when serving roast beef and prime rib.
