This food warmer is designed to hold heated prepared foods at temperatures above the HACCP "danger zone" of 140 °F (60°C). The sturdy stainless steel unit has a unique heating system design that delivers even distribution to prevent hot spots. The unit must be operated with water which is held in an enclosed area under the 2-half size food pans (included). No additional pans are needed.
This 24-gauge steam table pan is an economical alternative to 22-gauge pans. It still features the same tough 18/8 stainless steel build, but is available at a fantastic value. This steam table pan can be used for hot or cold applications. Plus, the anti-jam corners allow stacking for compact storage and quicker drying. The impact resistant steam table pan can be cleaned easily and will hold its shape even under the most demanding conditions.
