The Libbey® Gibraltar ™ 16 oz Cooler Glass comes in a case pack of 24 to the meet the needs of a flourishing restaurant. One of the greatest concerns of a restaurant owner is to have glassware that is durable and able to withstand the hustle and bustle of dinner service.
This is why we have designed a glass that is resistant to both mechanical and thermal shock, enabling it to be dishwasher safe. In doing so, it allows each cooler glass to properly washed and sanitized at high temperatures to meet the high safety standards expected of the food industry. This is also complimented by the clear glass used which allows individuals to clearly see the contents within for better aesthetics and cleanliness. Each glass is able to easily hold 16 oz of liquid and measures 3 3/8 by 6 3/8 inches (Dia x H) which is the standard size that is used by most establishments.
This dishwashing rack will hold 25 pieces of glassware in its own compartment while washing. This item has dividers that allow for vertical protection during the washing cycle. This dishwashing rack comes with 2 extenders to heighten the base rack for taller glassware. The open profile design allows for a more thorough washing and air circulation. This dishwashing rack promotes better washing action, complete rinsing and faster drying, reducing overall water consumption.
