This carving station by Hatco features a heated, rectangular stone base that measures 36" x 24" (L x W) and matching Swanstone cutting board in Night Sky finish. The unit is outfitted with a sneezeguard 5" above the base for health safety. This carving station includes dual heat lamps that telescope from 14" to 26" and pivot from side to side for versatile display options. The unit is backed with a one year warranty that covers parts and labor. This carving station is equipped to accommodate 120 volts and includes a 250 watt light bulb.
This food warming lamp is shatter-resistant, safety-coated heat bulb. Each item can withstand temperatures up to 500°F. The food warming lamp is USDA approved, meets OSHA and FDA standards. Additionally, this bulb is a 250 watt infrared that has a 5000 hour average rated life. Ideally, the food warming lamp can be used for carving stations when serving roast beef and prime rib.
