These San Jamar cutting boards are made of co-polymer material which will withstand continual washings. The Allergen Saf-T-Zone is purple in color that helps users color-code food prep to help eliminate allergen cross-contact. These San Jamar cutting boards are embossed with allergen symbols which have warnings and help alert employees to use once and then wash. The system includes 12 x 18" (305 x 457mm) Saf-T-Grip® cutting board, tongs, turner and a 10" (254 mm) Chef's knife. These San Jamar cutting boards and tools are NSF certified and dishwasher safe.
