This oyster grey spatula is made for everyday use and long-lasting durability. The medium blade is ideal for most common kitchen tasks, such as folding dense batter, stirring and sauteing. The head is molded from flexible, heat-resistant silicone that will scrape bowls clean and will not scratch cookware. It is affixed to a solid wood handle shaped for exceptional comfort and control. For maximum sanitation, simply remove the blade and toss it into the dishwasher at the end of a busy day. Wash the handle by hand and dry well before replacing the utensil blade. Mineral oil can also be used on the handle after drying to preserve its natural look.
