This serving platter is constructed of solid sand-cast aluminum for durability. The gourmet tray has a 3 year warranty against lifting and peeling when used for cold display. This serving platter can be placed in the freezer or refrigerator prior to display for maintaining correct food temperature. The tray has a patent pending resin coating that is rated for food safety and will clean easily in the dishwasher. The displayware withstands temperatures ranging from -20ºF-200ºF for flexibility.
