This professional-quality crpe pan is made of 5/32in (4 mm) thick aluminum and finished with a PTFE coating that allows for easily flipping crpes and pancakes. The flat handle is constructed of iron and is affixed with stainless steel rivets. PFOA-free. Not dishwasher-safe.Low sides for easy flipping of crpes-Also great for pancakes and quesadillas-Body is made of aluminum with a PFOA-free non-stick coating-Features a riveted, raised iron handle-Not dishwasher-safe
