Reusable to-go Container Program Relies on Students Engagement

Students play a fundamental role in achieving a successful sustainability program. Use social media, digital ads and signage throughout campus to help inform and promote your reusable container program to your students. Provide incentives for students who participate and disincentives for the ones who don't. Allow your students voice to increase other students engagement!
 

HOW TO GO GREEN WITH THE HUBERT® REUSABLE TAKEOUT CONTAINER

  1. Users purchase a reusable to-go container for a one-time deposit fee.
  2. User fills and consumes their meal outside of the campus dining hall.
  3. Once finished, users rinses and returns their containers to a designated drop site on campus.
  4. At the drop site, users will receive a new, clean takeout container or a token to claim a new box at a later time.
  5. Dirty reusable takeout containers are washed, rinsed and sanitized before being recycled for the next user.
