If you need to return an item, we ask that you call our Customer Service Department TOLL FREE 1-888-835-7929 for a Return Authorization Number. Orders are inspected when they are packed to ensure that they are in good condition when they leave our Distribution Center. However, accidents occasionally occur during shipping. If you see any damage when your order arrives, follow these steps:
Do not accept the shipment until the delivery person notes the damage on the freight bill. DO NOT UNPACK the shipment. Immediately call Hubert at 1-888-835-7929 to help proceed with correcting the shipment.
If you do not notice damage until after you have unpacked your order, save all boxes and packing material and call Hubert immediately to arrange accordingly. While we cannot accept any responsibility for damages that occur during shipping, we do want to see any damaged shipment issues resolved to your satisfaction.
