The Vollrath Wear-Ever® Classic™ 10 Qt Aluminum Tapered Sauce Pan measures 11 5/8"Dia x 5 5/16"D. This classic saucepan is perfect for cooking hot soups and chunky stews. Its 3004 aluminum evenly spreads heat alongside the sidewalls and base for consistent cooking results. This saucepan also has a thicker edge for a fitted lid (sold separately). The pot itself has a TriVent steel handle that is chrome-plated and can be safely used in ovens up to 450 degrees. The sides of the pan are tapered for a controlled pour, eliminating the threat of burns and spills. Its durable base resists warping and denting over time, and the rim of the pan is non-beaded to ensure a fast and easy cleanup.
