"This top loading Cam GoBox with a flip lid allows you better access to contents without removing the whole lid. The ultra-lightweight expanded polypropylene is 100% recyclable, CFC-Free. The Cam GoBox is designed to hold full size GN 1/1 pans ranging from 2 1/2" to 8" deep. The insulated carriers ensure that food stays at safe temperatures below 39.2° or above 149°F. To achieve the best results for hot holding, load food pans when they are between 180° and 190°F, loading metal pans over 250°F will result in damage to the carrier, ideal for commercial use.
