This kitchen scale features a durable grey ABS plastic base with rounded corners, and sealed controls for easy cleaning. Plus, the removable 5.75" x 5.75" stainless steel platform can be tossed in your dishwasher for maximum sanitation. The scale has a 13 lb. total capacity and weighs in oz, lb, g, and lb:oz, with a resolution of 0.05 Oz. (0-176 Oz.), 0.1 Oz. (176-211 Oz.); 0.5g (0-2000g), 1g (1000-6000g), 0.01 lb. (0-13 lb.).

This scale's quick push tare feature allows you to quickly and accurately weigh ingredients vital to your recipes without removing them from containers.
