This stir fry pan is a great choice for wok applications. The carbon steel constructed conducts heat fast and evenly. The stir fry pan interior has a SteelCoat x3™ non stick coating for easy cleaning and allows for less use of fats or oil in food preparation. The riveted plated steel TriVent® handle is silicone coated to stay cool to the touch.Plus, the stir fry pan has a flat bottom to sit level on the cooking surface.
This dome cover is 11" in diameter. The lightweight aluminum construction is easy to clean. This dome cover is heat resistant up to 180°F. The Z-shaped Torogard™ dipped handle allows you to safely lift the lid without getting burned. This dome cover can also be used on griddles.
