This pan carrier offers polyurethane foam insulation to help maintain safe food temperature. The hot holding carrier has an electric-powered door that pre-heats in just 45 minutes from room temperature to extend food holding time. This pan carrier includes a thermometer that displays internal temperature. The insulated carrier recovers temperature in just 3 minutes after the door has been opened and closed. On this pan carrier, tests show an average temperature drop of only 5° per hour or less!
