This perforated 1 1/2 oz measure miser portion spoon is ideal for the perfect portion control. The size is molded into the end of the handle and can easily be identified by the brown color. Designed for high-heat portion controlled serving, this short handled spoon can be used in steam table applications. Recommended for temperatures up to 230°F. The flat bottom is great for spreading sauces and toppings.
