Easy to use - just slip netting over narrow end of tube, feed meat product into large end and push it completely through tyer. Tyer stretches netting and "bags" meat product as it passes through. The funnel itself decreases in diameter from front to back. The funnel adjusts itself in diameter from 3 1/2" to 7". The base platform measures 16" x 10" (L x W). The overall length adjusts from 4" to 8".
