ServeWell® SL hot food table from Vollrath has a stainless steel construction. Engineered for strength and durability are the legs, body and base of unit. The ServeWell® SL hot food table will accept full size and fractional pans up to 6" depth. The unit's wells have thermoset fiber-reinforced resin that is self insulating and energy efficient. Controls are thermostatically controlled to adjust automatically for water temperature and food volume changes to reduce food waste. Each ServeWell® SL hot food table comes knocked down. Anti-jam stacking lugs are included in the pans to keep pans separated and allows easy stacking and storage. This feature also allows you to stack the steam table pans without damaging the corners and sides.
