These colored plastic food storage containers provide an efficient way to segregate raw and cooked product. The Carlisle Spectrum® StorPlus™ boxes are constructed of clear yellow polycarbonate with markings on the side to measure quantity of contents. These colored plastic food storage containers are 12 x 18 x 9 (W x L x D). The 4 3/4 gallon boxes have easy grip handles with ribbed reinforcements for added strength. The units are dishwasher safe.
The Carlisle Spectrum® StorPlus™ box lid has reinforced corners for extra strength and durability and snaps on tight to the storage box. Polycarbonate material is dishwasher safe and has a working temperature range of -40° to 212°F. The StorPlus™ box lid when used with the corresponding storage box helps prevent spills, cross contamination and helps meet HACCP color coding system. This box lid is stackable and can be reversed to use as a tray.
