The Detecto 40 lb. Hanging Pan Scale with 8"Dia Double Dial measures 34 1/2"L, and features a 14 1/2"Dia platform that will allow you to measure a wide variety of products for your kitchen. With this hanging pan scale, your staff and customers will be able to weigh food products easily and quickly.
This hanging scale can be used to easily weigh vegetables, fish, and other food products. It measures with a resolution of 20 lbs. x 2 Oz., with a 40 lb. total weight capacity. The double-sided design allows staff and customers to read weight measurements from either side, and a set of two-revolution dials with black numbers on a white background enhances readability. The double-pinion bridge housing is perfectly balanced and fastened on both sides for reliable support. Additionally, this hanging scale includes a removable 14 1/2"Dia stainless steel bowl with integrated drainage holes to provide ample space for weighing food products.
