This flat serving tray is an excellent choice for healthcare food service operations. The sturdy fiberglass construction is stronger and much more stable than molded plastic. This serving tray has a steel-band reinforced edging that eliminates warping or splitting under normal daily use. Two thick fiberglass-core mats add strength and deliver increased chemical resistance. This serving tray measures 18 x 14 (L x W) and is sold in a case of 12 for the convenience of bulk purchasing.
