This black hot food pan is precisely designed to Gastronorm specification. The uniform 1/2" flange width ensures a smooth fit for prep tables and rails and allows the pans to stack neatly with no wedging or sticking. The 1/2 size pan also has standard and metric graduations for easy inventory management. Plus, the nonstick surface increases yield and ensures quick cleaning, while the textured bottom resists scratching. The pan handles -40° to 375°F, including flash freezing and microwaving.
This Flat Lid helps to better preserve food. The Pan Cover can easily fit on Camwear food holders. The Flat Lid comes in the 1/2 size. The Pan Cover prevents spilling. The Flat Lid can be used in hot or cold temperatures.
