This Vollrath bain marie pot has a wide molded edge that fits seamlessly in steam tables or salad bars. The pan has a 2-quart capacity. This bain marie pot is made from food grade 18/8 stainless. The flavor or quality of food will not be affected if containers are used for storage. The Hubert Company also sells accessories such as inserts, solid covers and adapter plates.
