This round rethermalizer is able to warm prepared dishes from a frozen or refrigerated state to an appropriate serving temperature. The Vollrath® device uses a gentle, moist heat when warming to maintain taste and texture for longer. This round rethermalizer comes includes a hinged cover to seal in the heat.
