This Metro® holding cabinet runs on commonly found power sources of 120 volts with a NEMA 5 -20P plug. This 69 3/4" x 25 1/8" x 30 1/4" (H x W x D) device has lip load slides that offer fixed aluminum extrusions that hold 18 x 26 (L x W) sheet pans on 1 1/2" increments. This Metro® holding cabinet can change from proofing to holding mode at the simple switch of a switch. This aluminum cabinet features field reversible, double hinged polycarbonate doors which are durable and provide easy visibility. This Metro® holding cabinet has fast heat up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced air heating system.
The Hubert® Stainless Steel Large Dial Pocket Thermometer with Black ABS Sheath - 5 1/2"L Stem has a sheath that stores the pocket clip and calibration tool.
