Vollrath 72000 Cayenne® Food Warmer - 22"L x 14"W x 8 1/2"H is food warming equipment that all foodservice establishments should have. During busy kitchen hours, some foods might have to be prepared in advance to reduce cook time and wait time. This handy food warmer will keep food warm and reduce food waste caused by premature deterioration. The Vollrath food warmer features insulated walls to hold in heat and save energy. It also has a stainless steel well that assures uniform heating. It will warm the entire dish and prevent hot spots.
This Vollrath® food warmer is able to accommodate 1 full-size steam table pan or fractional pans of up to 6"D. The 14" x 22" x 8 1/2" (L x W x D) device is powered by 120 Volts or a 1000 watt element. This Vollrath® food warmer features a true thermostat and dual heating elements to precisely set the temperature. It has a temperature range between 85°F to 200°F for greater versatility.
It is also ASTM, CE, NSF, and UL certified.
This 24-gauge steam table pan is an economical alternative to 22-gauge pans. It still features the same tough 18/8 stainless steel build, but is available at a fantastic value. This steam table pan can be used for hot or cold applications. Plus, the anti-jam corners allow stacking for compact storage and quicker drying. The impact resistant steam table pan can be cleaned easily and will hold its shape even under the most demanding conditions.
