The Kratos 29Y-010 Commercial Gas Floor Fryer can easily fry up large batches of chicken, fish, or crispy appetizes. Measuring 15 1/2"W x 30 1/2"D x 45 1/2"H, this tube-fired fryer includes (2) chrome-plated fryer baskets with plastic-coated hand grips. Integrated basket hanger rails allow excess oil to drain off. Thermostatic controls adjust from 200°F to 400°F. The fryer's stainless steel tank is durable and easy to clean and maintain, and it has a 40 lb. total capacity. Each fryer has a 90,000 BTU total output, and includes a 3/4" gas connection.
