The Equipex FC-208V Countertop Electric Convection Oven - 14 1/2"L x 21 1/8"W x 19 1/2"H has a 480 degrees Fahrenheit thermostat with a 120 minute timer. The high heat makes the convection oven perfect for baking while improving the browning and crisping of the food. It also accelerates the baking and roasting process to produce perfect results in a shorter period.
This convection oven is designed for countertop use due to its compact design. It is equipped with a rear fan and heater assembly to improve the air circulation and the airflow design for quicker and more uniform baking.
