The Vollrath InstaCut™ Replacement 3/8" Dice Blade Only For 5.1 Dicer includes blades that pop in and out for a simple change-out process. Each blade frame has a full 5" that can accommodate small to large food items, making this a perfect choice for your commercial kitchen. Stainless steel serrated blades deliver a clean cut during meat, fruit & vegetable prep, reducing bruising and waste for an optimal food presentation. The serrated blades require 50% less force to operate, making it the ideal choice for prolonged usage. The thermoset blades are also corrosion-resistant, making this food prep equipment a long-lasting and worthy investment.
Designed with care and convenience in mind, the dicer has a cast aluminum sled-leg base design that is both lightweight and strong, while rubber feet help keep the equipment in place. Its base fits over third and sixth size pans up to 6" deep, and dicer and slicer processors include a cleaning tool that stows in the pusher block assembly for your convenience.
