This 40 quart stock pot from Vollrath is wonderful for producing mouthwatering chili, soups, and other liquids. The tall, elongated shape allows fluids to bubble up through the food for great flavor fusion. This 40 quart stock pot has a 2 gauge 3004 aluminum engineering that will withstand the rough demands of commercial kitchen use. The bottom of the pan is double-thick to endure intense heat without warping or scorching, scattering heat evenly throughout the pan. The tough handles are spot-welded for a strong bond when lifting and quicker interior clean-up.
This 14 7/8"Dia pot lid can be used on a stock pot, sauce pan or fry pan. The easy-grasp handle has been dipped in Torogard™ to reduce the chance of burns.
