The Hobart manual slicer features poly v-belt drive system delivering a quiet operation, A full 45° angle gravity feed product table with 13" diameter chrome-plated carbon steel knife. This meat slicer has a removable carriage handles food up to 9 1/2" wide by 7" high or 8 1/2" diameter. Produces slices up to 9/16" thick. The manual slicer has a one-piece anodized aluminum base with an anodized aluminum carriage and knife cover. Additionally, the slicer has a removable ceramic knife-sharpener.
