This 2 quart high heat measuring cup is a must for any food service operation. Designed to heat liquids in the microwave, transfer hot water to steam tables, or collect hot water from dispensers, this measuring cup does it all, it can even be used in the cooler or freezer. The measuring cup has both American Standard and Metric graduation marks, The translucent amber color allows the contents to be seen easily. The high-heat measuring cup can withstand -40° to 375°F (-40° to 190°C). Additionally, the integrated handle stays cool to the touch so you don't have to worry about burning your hand. Optional lid sold separately.
