It includes a 304-series stainless steel bowl, which has a wire bowl guard to ensure your operators are protected. This mixer is powered by a 1 1/2 HP motor that has (3) adjustable speeds, which allow you to easily prep different amount of ingredients for different recipes. Its easy to use on/off buttons, speed control, and manual bowl lift provide your operators with greater control over each step of the mixing process. Each stand mixer includes a #12 attachment hub, which accepts most #12 attachments such as food processors and meat grinders.
