This copper platter has a stainless steel construction that adds durability for years of service. Exterior of the buffetware item has a hammered texture that will enhance any presentation. This case matting is made from polypropylene vinyl material for great durability. The small basketweave design is silver in color. To maintain case matting, a premoistened sanitizer cloth can be used to wipe down each side. Heavily soiled mats may require prerinsing in a sink. Do not soak in water or wash in dishwasher. The case matting should lay flat to air dry.
