This rectangular platter has a 3 year warranty against lifting and peeling when used in a cold display. The 13 1/2" x 10 1/2" x 1 1/4" white tray has a special resin coating rated for safe food service. This rectangular platter has a temperature range for usage from -20ºF-200ºF. The tray can be placed in cold storage prior to serving for maintaining safe food service for an extended period of time. The displayware is also dishwasher safe for expedited clean up.
